CHECK OUT THIS NEW CLASS ON THURSDAY NIGHTS!

“Double stick/short sword for Dancers and Cosplayers”

This class is targeted towards those with no or limited training in the martial arts. We shall be learning basic double weapon movements, footwork, evasions, strikes, blocks, traps and even a few throws. The focus will be for dancers to learn new movement system to add to their dancers and for cosplayers to have both confidence and competence in using and posing with the weapons their characters will use. The first 8 weeks will be spent drilling and learning basic movements and patterns and the second 8 weeks will be spent creating a group fighting choreography together. In total 16 weeks, 24 contact hours $80.

Zumba has switched to Mondays! Come check out Terri's class at 5pm!

Bollywood is back on Wednesdays with Hibah! Wear tennis or running shoes and be prepared to work hard!

Levels

0 – Open to all levels-beginners start with level 0
1 – Must have taken 6 weeks or more of level 0 classes
2 – Must have taken 3 months or more of level 1 classes or equivalent
3 – Ability to remember and perform basic belly dance movement
4 – These classes require regular attendance,focus,and proficiency.

If you wish to have a  Beginner Class in a late morning to early afternoon time slot; and have a guaranteed group of 5 or more students; then contact Lisa.
